One of the last stops of our Western Black Sea tour by caravan, Alan Plateau, especially when we think of the plateaus that we had a hard time going through, I can say with its easy access. The Alan Plateau camping area, which has the opportunity to camp both among the trees and in the open field, is one of the most suitable places for caravan camps and tent camps in Karabuk.
Where is Alan Plateau Campground?
When you type Alan Plateau into Google, the map takes you to Hatay. But as it is clear from the title, the Alan Plateau camping area that I am talking about is in Karabük. The plateau, which is approximately 55 kilometers from Karabük, is located between Kabaarmut Village and Adiller Village of Eskipazar district. After reaching the villages, you can easily reach the plateau on a dirt road in about 10 minutes. It may be a little difficult to find the way from the village to the Alan plateau, but whoever you ask will show you the plateau.
What's in the Alan Plateau Campground?
Although Alan Plateau is a plateau close to settlements, there is no facility here. Toilets were built for public use only because of the festivities held in the plateau. The large number of toilets were almost unusable when we went, but I think that these toilets are probably cleaned when there are festivities.
