The ground floor walls were built of stone with the aim of reducing the wear on the structure due to the longevity of the structure, which is mostly made of wood material, and due to the important production activities in volumes, and also to protect it from external dangers. The upper floors of the building are wooden framed and filled with adobe. Floor and ceiling boards, doors, carvings, cabinets are made of yellow pine. The roof covers the mobility on the facades with wide eaves. The first and second floors were developed around the hall, which is the main element of the plan, and the stone walls of the ground floor were carried to the street and the garden with the support of buttresses, and the desired plan was achieved. This order reached the original TURKISH HOUSE plan on the top floor around the increasingly centralized sofa.
