This work, which has architectural value and whose first construction date is controversial, is one of the works that was restored by the Grand Vizier İzzet Mehmet Pasha and brought in the city. It is known that the aqueduct underwent repairs in 1794-1798. The aqueduct, which is 116 meters long, is approximately 60 meters above the ground. The 5 arched section above this large arch was made entirely of stone and Khorasan mortar. The sections on the ground are 2.5 meters, and the top of the arch over the stream is 1.20 meters wide. Water passes in a channel. The aqueduct has three curves to balance the flow rate of the water. The water passing through here is distributed to the fountains in the city from the water level in the garden of Asmazlar Mansion. This water that is distributed is called pasha water among the people.
