Pastry delicacies have a special place in our country. The nation loves pastry and we always keep it on our tables. One of the pastry flavors in Karabük welcomes us as "Çullu Börek".
Even festivals are held in Karabük in the name of Çullu pastry. This local delicacy, which is very popular, appeals to every taste with its cheese, minced meat or potato varieties. Çullu Börek, which you should definitely try in Karabük, will definitely be among the flavors you will not forget.
For the dough:
1 kg. Fame
As Much Water As It Can Take
1 teaspoon salt
200 gr. Yoghurt
1 teacup of oil
1 Egg
For the above:
0.2 Liter of Milk
250 gr. Butter
2 eggs
For the mix:
2 eggs
50 gr. (2 spoonful butter
1/2 Tea Glass of Milk

A dough with the consistency of an earlobe is obtained and divided into egg-sized pulps.
It opens moderately (45 cm in diameter) in pinewood.
It is cooked on a hot hair on wood fire for 1 minute on both sides.
The other phyllo dough is cooked in the same way, and when there are 10 pieces on top of each other, they are put aside in the form of a stack.
The ten-packs of phyllo are separated one by one and laid on a 45 cm diameter oiled tray.
After the first phyllo dough, butter, eggs and milk are whisked in a bowl until foamy.
Then it is sprinkled abundantly on the first phyllo dough.
When there are five layers, the material made without laying is placed between them.
Making the mixture:
Two pieces of phyllo are made smaller by lint in the size of a matchbox.
Butter is melted in a separate pan, and ½ tea glass of milk is added to it.
The fluffy dough is thrown, two are turned.
It is cooked by adding scrambled eggs.
Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 45 minutes.
The food taken out of the oven is turned upside down and cut in the form of 10x10 cm and served hot.
