Kale, split corn, dry beans, leeks, zucchini, oil and salt are used as ingredients. The kale is cleaned and chopped. Hot water is prepared in a saucepan. Then it is taken from the stove and collected by filtering in a clean container. It is added to the hand-milled corn, boiled dried beans, leeks and zucchini. Add enough water and oil in a separate pot and put it on the stove. It is cooked until it thickens.
